Terms & Conditions for nbajed

📋 1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and nbajed ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the nbajed website located at https://nbajed.net and all associated services, including online casino gaming, sports betting, crash games, colour games, slot games, and any other products offered on the platform.

By registering an account, accessing the website, or placing any bet or wager on nbajed, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on nbajed. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nbajed reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending a full investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Accurate Information

⚠️ 6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player on nbajed, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of lawful personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Match fixing and fraud: Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of a sporting event, casino game, or crash game through collusion, fixing, or exploitation of software vulnerabilities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving gaming credits. Players found to have made fraudulent chargeback claims will have their accounts permanently closed and the matter referred to relevant authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform outside of standard human gameplay.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any multiplayer game or betting market offered on the platform.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access another player's account, the platform's backend systems, or any restricted area of the website without authorisation.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether personally or through a proxy, nominee, or third-party acting on your behalf.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another individual during any part of the account lifecycle.

nbajed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete identity verification, bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, underage access, or any conduct that nbajed reasonably determines poses a risk to the platform or other players.

Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting nbajed support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification checks. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. • Loss of funds arising from gaming activity, whether through losses in individual sessions or over time;

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security;
• Any decision made by nbajed in the reasonable exercise of its rights under these Terms, including account suspension or closure.

In all cases, nbajed's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nbajed makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or defects, or that any specific game or betting market will be available at any given time. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or withdraw any service or feature without notice.
